I have a friend who has an email through gmail.

His ex took his phone which everything was linked to, gmail and facebook. I was able to get into his facebook account, but we cannot get into his gmail account and there is no google support because it is a free email.

She changed his password and the recovery settings, has his old phone and phone number so we cannot get the code texted to us.

Is there anyone who can get / hack into his gmail so he can get it back?
