My partner is being sued by someone who has cheated and lied in an attempt to gain ownership of his house. We have spent life savings in fighting this through the courts and now, a good, decent, honest man could lose his home too. We would like to discover evidence and understand their legal strategy. I know this is a morally questionable thing to do, but it is nothing compared to what is being done to him.
