Hello,

My name is Vincenzo and somebody has stolen my Motorola E a few weeks ago on the bus. I did not know for instance that I could back up my pictures and so on. The phone is replaceable but Mom´s last pictures not. I checked in Google dashboard and I found that in Google Drive in the trash  there is  a video but there is no trace of the photos. The total space in Google Drive occupied is 429MB and the photos were  hundreds. I do have the Imei number if it might be useful. Of course I have the phone number as well. 

Can  anyone help me to retrieve these photos?  It is like losing Mom twice.
